Parish Facility Rentals

Please note that your request will need to be approved.

Once approved you will receive an email confirmation from Jenni Bolek.

Parish Events and Meetings - No Fee

All other rentals (any kind of celebration) is required to complete additional forms and pay the appropriate fees.

According to the Archdiocesan guidelines, all rentals for Holy Trinity & St. Michael's require a Special Events Coverage through Catholic Mutual. The insurance fee is $95.00. If you are able to provide proof of equivalent coverage under your homeowner's policy with either St. Michael's or Holy Trinity listed, you will not need to purchase the additional insurance.

($1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Host Liquor Liability Coverage Per Event)

St. Michael's Parish Hall Rental

Rental Fee: $150 (Upper, Lower, or Whole Hall)

Additional fee of $100 for Kitchen Appliance Usage (applies to the larger appliances, such as the stoves)

Deposit Fee*: $100  

*Deposit Fee is refundable if Renter has cleaned hall, removed trash, and no damage incurred, unless Renter chooses to donate the Deposit Fee.

Note that the lower kitchen sink is available for use in rental.

Holy Trinity Parish Hall Rental

Gathering Space

Rental Fee: $75.00

Deposit Fee: $100.00

Holy Trinity School Cafe

Rental Fee: $100.00

Deposit Fee: $150.00 + Custodian Fee $75.00*

The Cafe is equipped with school lunch tables with benches.  There is a custodial fee to set up round tables with chairs.
